Just a run of the mill flipper who first appeared with grandiose posts saying that he had wealthy friends who were going to dump big money into ICPA and also had a well connected neighbor in Texas who supposedly was a big wig connected to CC & had some "information"......

All BS. If someone really had the "friends" & "connections" that he claimed he had, then why are they consistantly posting on a penny stock board?
