You need to ask yourself why "they play the stock like a banjo."  Answer;  because TECO allows them to. There is so much FUD surrounding this stock that it is soap opera in and of itself.  We have these sideline investors/traders that Bull mentioned of in the post below just waiting to invest.  I assume these are very experienced traders/investors he speaks of.  I ask myself  why are they not invested in TECO yet? What are they waiting for? What makes those who have been watching TECO for 2-3 years without buying; smarter than those who bought at higher levels?  Market confidence in TECO is low! IMO a PR won't do it alone.  A substantial PR will likely boost the PPS but will it be sustained with enough in the pipeline?  I won't touch the buy button  until I see the "smart money" as implied below come into TECO and if I'm chasing the PPS then so be it.   I still haven't seen any hard evidence that shows increased BPD!  I have seen a lot of photos showing all kinds of money being spent drilling holes and repairing reworks.  So we have DD'd TECO expenses and some progress and no DD'd increased BPD!  Progress doesn't necessarily conclude success in the oil business so I wonder what others know that the average investor doesn't know.  I wonder why some average investors get so excited on certain days and what is making them so excited?

I have people I speak to right now just waiting. These folks manage big money and would love to come in. They tell me bull we would love to go with it, but first you have to show me something other than what's happening now. A strike in Belize would do it. A couple of wins beyond the Mitchell would do it. Plenty of cash sitting around just waiting.
