I found that the SEC contact for MMTE/TTXP/BOPT is Tom Kluck.
I wonder who will call SEC's contact Tom Kluck, Legal Branch Chief at 202.551.3233 Re: MMTE/TTXP/BOPT.
Tom Kluck is the SEC reviewer on these stocks, and I am told they are very familiar with William Lieberman and his merry band.
On another note, I see the famous bottle sucker has posted another optimistic post on IFlop saying things are ready to move for MMTE. Really?
It looks to me like pressure is seriously mounting to throw these people in jail for a very long time.
