Belize has been the real expense and we need some commercial oil. West Texas has to move forward. The K has many reasons for a delay. 1 of them is what you mentioned.
Cash flow neutral is where it's at, you are correct as we expand the drilling program.
Most all start-ups have the same problem, funding. This most likely accounts for the delays.
