Strange how that happens.  He/she is in bed with Rich.  They chat often on another board they are both moderators of 'over there'.  Chloe was bashing hard over the past 6 weeks, then was put in jail for some time.  Same philosophies.  Same agenda. 

Honestly, I see them as being another "CJ" - someone who wants to be everyone's best friend, saying all the right things about the stock, then "calling" the correction.  Oh yes, we should all BEWARE of Chloe.
