Some folks have been working very hard to keep IPCA down this morning...so yes, it took a little dip.  Lots of ASK whacking!  Right now, we're only down about 2%.  Check that.  Now only down about 1/2%. So, it's heading back into the green direction.  We'll have to deal with flippers and shorts still --- and battle through this level on to greener pastures.  This time, ICPA has some very good rocket fuel and lots more on the way!
