JCDS--NO dilution in 4 years. CEO coming in from the self imposed "dark" status. Payment Manager , successful 2 yr old auto-payment processing service affording launch of 2 new products. First service Appeal Manager for healthcare industry . Second will be similar to Payment Manager, company will handle bid funds for oil and gas land leases.
