This is very true - they do take longer than everyone hopes.  Another truth - they will explode in price with zero notice.  I will always maintain a hefty solid position. In fact each time I buy a few thousand more to 'trade with' they seem to quickly get converted to my solid position holdings, I need help. Naw, why kid myself - a humungous solid position is fine!
