Why not let logic rule your thinking rather than panic. What you want to be scared out of your shares by someone who wants to buy them cheap? If your concern,and it sounds like it to me,is that the company needs funding to continue with a contract and now you fear some kind of "Game" with them. Lets stop and think for a second,if they get a contract,don't you think they could go to a bank and get funding based on that contract?
There are other scenarios besides just screwing the stockholders.
