CABB is another bank that is headed in the right direction but still has a "long row to hoe". One great positive is that this bank doesn't owe TARP money. If California Business Bank's doors arn't slammed shut by the FDIC anytime soon, this bank becomes a very interesting possibility for investors. The pps is .25 as of this post.
I don't own shares of CABB but will be monitoring closely.
