You are welcome alj14.  In your due diligence, check out Solid Gold Resources and the literal gold mine they are sitting on.  Solid Gold is the company Foundation is attempting to take over.  Shareholders vote on May 2nd, and it appears they will throw the current board and management out.  This is the company Foundation is trying to take over.  Look for movement in the mid-June to mid-July timeframe, but as I said, watch carefully what is happening with gold reserves in Europe.
