You got that right Lumberg.  Except I am not so certain he gave up.  Instead, I think he screwed up by tipping his hand about what he was doing.  While anyone can make a mistake, William actually knew and worked with these people.  This is why I do not believe it was a mistake.  Overcash needed a deal to regain control of the the company (MMTE), and the note for $40,000 allowed him to regain control while giving the appearance William was fighting for the company.  Think about it.  William could have paid Overcash off at any time, but refused too, and let this get to court where William lost hands down.  So now, do we even know who is really calling the shots at MMTE?  I suspect these two are still in bed with one another, and likely party all the way to the bank.  I say this because the research I have posted on this board indicates that these people sue each other all the time, and then are paid real well in the settlement --- it makes the whole thing look legitimate, because the lavish settlements are court ordered.
