STONEY CREEK, Ontario, March 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Chancery Resources, Inc. (OTC: CCRY), a provider of ozone-based sanitation services, today announced that its board of directors had formally approved a change of its corporate name to "AIRTRONA INTERNATIONAL INC." In conjunction with its corporate name change, the board also authorized management to seek a change in its trading symbol, as part of the company's seeking FINRA approval of the name change.
The company also announced that, in April 2013, it would file the annual corporate financial statements for 2012 with a fiscal year end of January 31st, 2013.
CCRY's President, Jim Cairns, stated, "We are excited about our corporate name change and fully expect that it will enable us to better coordinate our corporate awareness and product awareness marketing strategies."
