Ok how about some constructive conversation?!?

I've been reading about the NY case. For anyone interested, go to the following link and look for defendant Systems Evolution under the WebCivil Supreme category (Justice Shirley Kornreich).

I'm not versed in court lingo, so please give input if you know how to decode it. I see the most recent action was a 4/11/2013 pretrial conference, and now there is a 5/14 appearance date set with "TO SETTLE" under the comments.

Not sure how important this case is for HLNT at this point because some notes were already cleared from fins. I would think the closure of this case that has dragged since May 2010 can only be good. A settlement would be a pain if HLNT owes, but then that must mean they have $, and ends ongoing lawyer fees. Who knows, HLNT had counter claims, so maybe they will get some $? Anyone have a clearer picture of what's going on? TIA
