I'm NOT an insider ... As I understand it, he is filing Personal Bankruptcy and is going after HLNT for pay.  Maybe he planned this move a long time ago after understanding that his financial situation was dire.  Or it simply could be just a case of a laid off employee trying to get all he can.  Anyway, I think it will be resolved.
