Sure, he can legally release it anytime before the EOD on th 15th.

I am just trying to picture in my mind how this 'shareholder meeting'-turned-'upfront' is going to go.  Right now, it seems more like a big party and presentation.  Not so much 'shareholder meeting' in the way I think of it.

Then again, I've been to The Limited's shareholder meetings and those were a BLAST.  It was more of a party and presentation.  Music, strobe lights, Astronaut John Glenn smiling and waving kind of thing. There were tons of people there; no one really asked any questions.  There wasn't much if any discussion of financials -- just more plans for the future type stuff.  The CFO had his catch phrase 'unlocking shareholder value' and he just kept saying that was the plan.  He never talked details, but soon thereafter the PPS rose substantially.

Maybe this is the way Steve is planning on doing this.
