RFMK followers can come to their own conclusions about price and volume manipulation in the OTC/PK markets, IMO enough has been explained about it in the past. FYI, the metrics in the FINRA report are already taken from a consolidated tape (from the days trades) so none of the short sale volume or total volume consists of "legged trades" by the MMs fulfilling orders. Also none of the short sale or long transactions or the short volume to total volume ratio have any thing to do with if any or all of the transactions are eventually settled (T+1 or T+3). If certain transactions are never settled then they become failure to delivers (FTDs) and that is entirely another matter. The figures above very simply show short sale volume and total volume on a particular trading day. Period.
