What Callmebulls is commenting on and questioning is this statement:

Moreover, to the best of my knowledge, after inquiry of management and the members of the Board of Directors of the Issuer, neither the Issuer nor its Board of Directors nor any 5% or greater shareholder is currently under investigation by any Federal or state regulatory authority for any violations of federal or state securities laws.

This kind of statement means absolutely nothing.  It basically is saying that no one told him anyone is under investigation, so he assumes no one is.   Big deal.

I guess I could say that no one told me it was raining or snowing, and so as long as I don't look out my widows to see for myself, I assume we have great weather.
