Acadian Timber Income Fund supplies timber in Eastern Canada and the Northeastern U.S. The Fund engages in Forest Management, Harvesting, Marketing, and Sales. The Fund owns and manages approximately 765,000 acres of freehold timberlands in New Brunswick and approximately 311,000 acres of freeholder timberlands in Maine. The Fund is managed by Brookfield Timberlands Management LP, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brookfield Asset Management, Inc. Customers The Fund's customers include lumber mills, pulp and paper mills, and others. Its major customers include Fraser Papers, Crown Lands Services, and KPC LLC.
