The share holders meeting is for share holders! Maybe a vote on something! He can talk what they know IMO, Maybe they had to straighten it out and send back to auditors, then edgarlize it, but legally he has to 15th! Maybe at the share holders meeting and release at same time! Maybe they want to ask share holders something and do a tweet in annual for future, auditors haft change it and it would be Monday IMO! Just my thoughts!
