I was not going to add any more shares to my position but since Rick is moving quickly in filling key positions, I decided to add another 260,000 shares.

Any idea on how many MPIX shares the ZZYX group owns?

Would it make sense for the new board to offer shareholders an opportunity to turn as much as a third of their common shares into the new preferred shares that are being offered to a key group? This would greatly reduce the number of outstanding common shares and may create a positive move in share price as some shareholders may add significantly to their positions before the preferred conversion date?

Just a thought.
