I respectfully disagree with your post:

1. Those two are two different people, but they play off each other.

2. There's a full list of bashers: some professional, others not: (MVP_STOCKS , Steve White, bodybuilder4ever, stemcell, Nitwit, Cpt. Chaos, pantherj, peorge, Perfect Stranger, dahbmw form the core).

3. It's not time for the company to act in the legal realm. Right now its much more important to place "facts on the ground" that will attract investor attention: completed audited financials (only non-material event), brokerage acquisition, news on liquidation of RIGH, TGGI convertible debt, S-1 filings, TA clients, movement on the alternative marketplace, continued paydown of the debts and rise in assets.

After the accomplishments have been made and revenue starts flowing, it will be time to go after the bashers. There's a five-year statute of limitations for perjury and fraud. Those charges would be easily provable, even now. The downside is such actions are costly (time and money) and result in a mis-direction of funds at this point in time.
