Definitely a major deal is going to take place in the coming few months with the PR that came out. From what I get from others it could be a total sale or maybe a partial sale to Baruch Halpern who is on the Board and has been funding RIBT for years. This "Special committee" will not have Short of Halpern on it since those two stand to gain the most on a buyout. We do have some very classy BOD members with reputations they don't want to tarnish. This is nothing but good.
