Seems like we hit the balance here. Same thing happened early last year when I bought near .80, then averaged down at .35, then balance drifted in at about .50 and I loaded like a madman. This could be the same scenario for many - bought near $2, averaged down at 1.40 and it balanced out at 1.60. Take a look what happens when CTIX drifts balanced sideways - it eventually gives a nice leg up, assuming history repeats itself...
