Nice theory.  All the small businesses on ESI Dr have a LAN line.  So does, or did, HTI.  I had called there a couple of times after they moved in and talked with the personnel there.  So only people doing actual business have secret knowledge to the company.  Sounds like gnosticism.  Again, nice theory, even for the '70s.
