The annual report came out April 1st, but was listed under 'filings and disclosures'. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/HLNT/filings

Now this annual report is listed under 'financials', and is in the company of other annual reports when the company was reporting to the SEC (based on your link, not mine).  my link: ---->  http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/HLNT/financials

Checked EDGAR to see if anything is registered there, and nothing recent in terms of financials.

.... but very interesting all the same.... perhaps this is some segue into being fully reporting?
