On a serious note, materiel changes are being made in W. Texas that will prove positive this month. It's a far cry from the status quo. My expertise lies afar from rolling out wire or running tube.

Events unfolding today should set the tone of things to come in W. Texas. It's more than the Brown or the Mitchell. Managing up has been a real test of patience. but it's well worth it if TECO gets the desired result. Competency levels have run a muck in the past, but you have to see the light before you can run toward  it.
