That one is from april 4th.  Just benefit of the doubt I suppose.  We all should have heard about Maranco at this point.  Of course we're all hoping that something breaks from our neck of the woods, but that release only relates to Maranco.  Judging on how slow TECO is with things, coupled with how slow the GOB is, we might find out sometime in October.
