at least TD waterhouse filled pizza boss' 4.5 M shares again from last drop, so , he even if he can't get more shares from market, he would hold his 26.5 M shares very tight.., although TD waterhouse told him he could sell his shares anytime ( expecially after  market close) for free of transaction fee, pizza boss said: NO.. to them...
