I spoke at length with Gino at Client Service, ChoiceTrade (the best-informed and the keenest to help, from my experience). He said, after putting me on hold, that the email message actually refers to new or prospective clients. If you are already an account holder, those restrictions don't apply. In practical terms, they don't, because I bought two lots of HIMR yesterday and the price, of course, was one fifteenth of the stated limit for those wanting to open an account NOW with the clearing agent (Vision). At the same time I am looking into the question of alternatives, as the new policy announced by Vision is not exactly encouraging! GL, alj
