We are now almost 4 months into the new year and haven't completed a single shallow well in W. Texas.

We haven't even started to drill the first of 9 deeper wells in W. Texas.

The CC appears to me to have been another stalling tactic, I'm afraid to say, coming from a true long who is disillusioned so far.  How the heck does Treaty think they will drill 16 wells by 3rd quarter!
