The link between PMDP and MMTE is Joe Overcash, the former CEO of MMTE, and once a close associate of William Lieberman.  Joe Overcash was behind the M&A Advisors lawsuit.  It appears Joe Overcash, and the group of people I listed, had a practice of buying empty shell corporations, and then made themselves major or beneficial sharesholders.
