I like how the hedge fund guys always make sure to say "preferred shares".  They don't want the buzz on the common right now.  In the end, if FnF are taken out of conservatorship, the commons reap the most reward, it seems to me.

Pretty funny.  But yeah, hedge fund money looks to be the player of the future on the 5th amendment issue if it comes to that -- which I don't think it will because the government sees it on the horizon.
