However, Pfizer dropped 3.6 Billion dollars for King. Now that purchase was largely based on King's Embeda, Remoxy and Acurox. How/why would a large pharma company not make an offer on Elite right now? Elite was worth $10+ without any drugs just an ART pipeline.
