Integracer02, I agree.  Something does not make sense, and maybe GM can get a straight answer tomorrow.  If they still have the prototype in Brazil as they told GM, then they could start work tomorrow if the concession is approved.  It was my understanding the study would be done in a matter of weeks, and that it was already started.  So where does this six to seven months come from?  Like I said, something does not make sense.
