TD waterhouse begged pizza boss to sell some( so that--TDA?? can cover its short position...) and tell pizza boss he can sell his shares for free charge of transaction fee, and suggest him to sell after market close...and also warned him of what if PNCH bankcruptcy ...LMAOF.... guess if pizza boss won't sell any single share, TDA maybe will go bankcruptcy ....)

Pizza boss just say No to them many many times, hahaha...
