Maybe someone sold.  As you know it's hard to get buy at .0001 filled.  They seem to buy all they can at .0001.  If you are to buy, you won't get filled till you compliant about it.  I might be buying few more million shares this week.  I expect a very slow or no fill till I complaint online or to my broker.
