Yeah, so?
This is a statute that makes it illegal to
(2) make unreasonable noise;
(3) use obscene language, or make an obscene gesture;
(4) create a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act which serves no legitimate purpose of the actor.
Talk about nanny state.
