I think you may be right Mayhem, this new requirement for clear disclosure could be the reason William stepped down from all companies except for MMTE.  However, MMTE is a disaster as well, and he has not stepped down from it.  That makes me think there is something else going on, and I suspect it is a legal issue against him.
