I picked $WAFR this week for OTC for good reason. 5% equity dividend coming this week on April 12 the (ex dividend date) and rumor of some sort if company buyback. Float is under 20m shares and mostly held by large share holders
for the long term. I own 1.5m shares of the float
myself which is roughly 9-10% of the float.
