William Lieberman CEO, FXPT. This guy is a very shady character, hes been involved with a group of people that are in litigation right now based on what they did to $MMTE.
Anyone interested in Lieberman should check out both $MMTE and $TTXP, this guy is a corporate demolition man, and should be in jail.
Fox is being set up very similar to what he did to those two other companies IMHO, It appears to me that the dumping of shares started on Sept 1, 2011, with the first Renfro PR. Look at the accum/dist on the chart:
