Always appreciate your posts.  I can't speak for money, but my attitude has been not to respond to someone making charges with no basis for the charge.  Didn't do it at IBOMB, won't do it here. Questions always welcome. Bomb throwers not so much.  Frustration understood. I believe, based on what I have seen in the last 6-8 months there are better days ahead.  The infrastructure is in place, the fleet trials have been completed.  Now, we're waiting for the signatures.
