I am holding and I expect Matt to deliver the S-1 for BCAP and it's subsidiary. Anything short of that I will be very disappointed. He knows that he needs to deliver and I still believe he will. I am not pleased with how long he is taking, but at least I know he is working in it and with that many of his continue presurring him, including Mikey501 who is pressing him daily to deliver for all of us. Matt will deliver but anything short of an S-1 filing with audited fins will not be acceptable for me beyond this quarter. I believe it's coming. Time will tell.
