You think the price was manipulated down for a reason ?

It sure looked that way. And to think it is legal to manipulate these little penny stocks. If all the people that complain about lack of fair play laws in these penny stocks would complain to the SEC this crap would end. Till then the best trader position to have is to be a market maker.
