Good question GUMSHOE.. I don't know about limitations on the number of shares.. but, I do believe that RFMK, because of it's current status, is limited to the amount of "Fund Raising" activity via the movement of shares. RFMK $1M per Year Max.. RFMK and it's "Finacial Partners" have "Huge" motivation for getting to the next tier, which I believe raises the limit to $5M... Their going to need a "Monster Spin" very soon as long interest is evaporating fast...

"Monster Spin", IMO, will be something from the RFMK "Mergers and Acquisitions" camp...
