Well it looks , just as it always has, as if everyone is missing the point. All the back and forth about float and who owns what changes zero.
If I recall TelVue was to be out of business by now  according to some. They are not. They continue to serve their customers. What ever report will be received by who ever it will be received by will still be for the past year and not the last three months as TelVue has signed the largest of their contracts.
Who ever it was that signed to have software on the cloud for the xbox360 matters little. The fact is that it's TelVue's software that is controlling it.
It's not someone else's software and it's not someone else's hardware and it's not someone else's cloud.
It's TelVue's. Yes TelVue is number one and will continue to invest their money to remain number one.
They have received money for their services and invested it to build an empire. This is not some fly-by-night chump change. This is for the whole ball of wax.   
57 million xbox360 users can not all be wrong. Then comes the real bottom line. The one that some don't like the most.
