Here is a perfect answer to my point in mind to which I fully agree with. Thank you:

"I seriously doubt that any filing of an audited 10K will immediately have any direct influence on the price action. I do not look at the 10K as a trading catalyst, but I do see it as another step in the right direction for long term shareholders. We need full and total transparency as well as credibility restored in regards to promises made by the CEO that he would take steps on the corporate side to move this company in the right direction and getting fully reporting is certainly a good start. I think INdirectly, the filing of an audited 10K allows the possibility of registering with the SEC so that uplisting to the OTCBB can follow thereafter. I think THAT event could be the catalyst for getting the market interested in RFMK as a real investment and so trading on the OTCBB could lead to greater intraday volumes and as we know volume preceeds price. I think intrinsic value of the company and so the stock, does, in fact go up higher once the company is fully reporting and trading on the OTCBB. I think that is a fair assumption to make;  BWTFDIK , right?? "
