Generally speaking as we know now.
We have a patients with cold tumor , when given 700 Mg of LL we have 88% chance to change this tumor to hot , patients will have elevated PD-L1.
PD-L1 is blocking immune system of this sick patients , but we noticed they have a high chance to survive if ICI is given to them .
And the soonest it will be given , it is always better for patient. Always it is better..
So treatment should be given when needed..no need to withhold for a year..
