Oh no , immune system is awaken by LL , and repair when problems .
LL is a great immunemodulator..
But we now also know that in cancer in higher dose it will elevate PD-L1 in 88% of patients ,
And PD-L1 is blacking immune system from attacking cancer cells ,
So when we dealing with already very sick patients with compromised immune system , and not help this patients by giving them ICIs for one year,
Yes , this could be a difference between live and a dead..
