Does that make it company endorsed claims that can be more critically scrutinized ?

At some point they are gonna be able to make some claims without restrictions, but I just think they need to tread carefully right now

Which I think is ultimately more important to err on the side of being conservative, than err on the side of hubris right now.

Im not sure where the hubris line is though
